Services
Lubriserv Engineers use a range of equipment to thoroughly clean your CNC machines. Old coolant is removed, the machine cabinet and tool carousels cleaned using vapour cleaning techniques, the sump cleaned using powerful oil/sludge vacuum. Machines are left clean with swarf and fines removed, the new fill of Ultrakuhl coolant is set to the optimum dilution and ready to go ! . Try our coolant management system – LUBRITREND which will monitor the coolant concentration, pH and bacteria levels – all live and available via our Lubritrend app or PC dashboard with traffic light condition reports and graphical history for each of your machines – just what the HSE ordered !
